Safety First
At SERVED UP, safety is our utmost priority. As alcohol servers, we take pride in having the resposibility of providing an enjoyable and comfortable environment for all of your guests. Our job is to achieve this while ensuring the safety of your guests and ourselves alike. Please review our safety policies below to familiarize yourself with how we conduct our business.
Safety Policy
1 | We “card” all guests who we determine to appear under the age of 30 years. Regardless of the occasion of your event, or any other identifying factor, to ensure we don’t serve anyone under 21.
2 | We accept 4 forms of identification to verify someone's age: State issued ID card, State issued driver’s license, Federal Passport, and International Passport.
3 | Military IDs, School IDs, temporary DMV issued driver’s licenses, and all other forms of identification are not accepted by SERVED UP as valid forms of age verification.

4 | If we “card” someone and determine their form of identification to be expired, invalid, altered, not belonging to them, or forged, we reserve the right to deny service to that individual.
5 | We reserve the right to deny the continued service to any individual who we determine has been potentially overserved. This specific policy is essential to prioritize the safety of this individual and any other at your event.

6 | Should our bartenders refuse service to someone with an invalid form of ID, or deny the continued service to any of-age individual, we will promptly report this information to you, or the host of the event.
